St. Pete Council Chair Hanewicz Pledges to Yell at Anyone Who Doesn’t Support Crist
ST. PETERSBURG — City Council Chair Lisset Hanewicz, a well-known hothead at City Hall, has pledged to personally yell at anyone who does not support Charlie Crist in his campaign for mayor of St. Petersburg.
“Charlie has the extensive experience necessary to lead this city,” Hanewicz said. “And if you disagree, you’re acting like children!”
Hanewicz says she plans to campaign for Crist throughout the city by attending neighborhood meetings, public forums and other events where she will yell at people.
Graham Whitmore described the endorsement as a major boost for Crist, noting that most locals are in need of some good mothering.
