New Downtown Social Club Promises Private Jets, Island Getaways, and Curated Jerky Bar
A new ultra-exclusive private social club is under construction in downtown St. Petersburg. The project promises a carefully curated environment of luxury, connection, and selective access.
Developers say the club will feature private jet excursions, island getaways, celebrity encounters, and a luxury jerky tasting bar featuring small-batch selections from around the world. Additional amenities are expected to include a private cinema, cigar lounge, billiards room, and a rotating calendar of members-only gatherings ranging from intimate pizza parties to more elaborate themed evenings. Select furnishings will reportedly be sourced from Wayfair.
One event preview circulating among prospective members describes a formal masquerade reception where guests are encouraged to arrive in “tasteful ceremonial attire,” including the use of a traditional bull mask.
Membership will be limited and acceptance is not guaranteed. Applicants will undergo a thorough review process to ensure alignment with the club’s culture and values. Initiation is required.
Sources say the complex will include advanced infrastructure, including a dedicated desalination system drawing from Tampa Bay as part of the club’s commitment to environmental stewardship and long-term water independence. The system would require periodic bulk shipments of sulfuric acid.
Applications are currently being accepted from St. Petersburg’s most accomplished, influential, and well-connected residents. Successful applicants will be expected to participate in a series of private member gatherings where absolute discretion is mandatory.
