Developers have confirmed that the historic El Cap restaurant and adjacent property will be demolished to make way for the very first In-N-Out Burger on the East Coast. 🍔💲🙌
While some residents expressed concern over increased congestion, and the fate of the historic structure, Mayor Welch praised the development as a “big win,” citing In-N-Out’s strong national brand recognition. “These haters just don’t want St. Pete to be profitable,” adding that longtime residents will “learn to love it.”
